Welcome To:

Our Mission:

DYBL's mission is to give the children in our community a fun, safe place to learn and play baseball. Our league is operated by volunteers within our community. Our youth today face many challenges. DYBL strives to teach them skills that will help them face these challenges and how to persevere through them. With DYBL, they will work hard to win; however, they will be taught the skills as how to work as a team and handle a loss.  DYBL provides supervised training programs, practices, and competitive games to accomplish these goals. DYBL's commitment is to the youth of today, for they are our future.

Baseball & T-ball Registration

Before starting, please make sure you have an active SportsEngine/Babe Ruth Membership account. This means if you are new to the league, after you click the registration link, you will see on the main registration screen the option to create your account first, before proceeding with this seasons registration. If your player was registered for 2025 Spring/Fall season, the account owner (the person who completed the player registration for the Spring Season) will need to be the one who registers the player for our 2026 Spring Season.

The '2026 Spring Baseball Registration' link below (going live Dec. 1, 2025-Feb. 7, 2026) is for T-ball (Ages 4-5), Rookie (Ages 6-8), Minor (Ages 9-10), Majors (Ages 11-12), Juniors (Ages 13-16) & Seniors (Ages 17-18) - T-ball & Baseball are co-ed.

REGISTRATION for our 2026 Spring Season opens

Waitlist February 8-15, 2026

Registration fee for 2026

  • There is a $60 registration fee for the first child, and $45 for each sibling after that. Limited scholarships available. Please email Mary Isdell at dybl.social.media@gmail.com to apply.
  • As a thank-you for volunteering, coaches get the first child’s registration waived. Any additional children can be registered at the discounted rate of $45 each.

  • February 28, 2026 is registration fee refund deadline. After February 28, DYBL will not issue refunds since uniforms will be in the process of being ordered.

Understanding Babe Ruth Membership vs. DYBL Registration

Babe Ruth Memberships are not the same as Denbigh Youth Baseball League (DYBL) registrations.

All players and coaches must be linked to Babe Ruth League for insurance and roster verification purposes. When you are added to Babe Ruth, you will receive a free Babe Ruth Membership. This membership will show a message stating “paid in full” in SportsEngine.

This message does not mean you have paid your DYBL registration fee—it only confirms that your Babe Ruth Membership (which is free) is active.

PAYMENT LINK:

Your DYBL Registration Fee must still be paid separately through our Square payment link: https://square.link/u/PyfRwmOg

Registration Fee deadline is February 7th.

To summarize:

  • Babe Ruth Membership:
    • Required for all players and coaches
    • Free
    • Shows “paid in full” when complete on SportsEngine.
    • Does NOT cover the DYBL Registration Fee.
  • DYBL Registration Fee:
    • Required to participate in the season
    • Paid separately through the Square link
    • Not included in the Babe Ruth Membership
  • If you see “paid in full” on your Babe Ruth account, that is only your membership, not your league registration. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Mary Isdell at dyblcommunications@gmail.com.

Your player(s) will not be rostered until their DYBL Registration fee has been received. Due by February 7th.

Calling All Team Parents!

Team Parents will be required to undergo a background check. Background check cost is covered by DYBL.

Team Parent Code of Conduct Highlights:

  • Support & Communication: Be a reliable, respectful contact for team updates, schedules, and questions. Address minor issues diplomatically and pass along bigger concerns as needed.

  • Positive Example: Model sportsmanship and respectful behavior. Avoid gossip or social media drama. Foster a supportive, inclusive environment.
  • Respect Authority: Support coaches and never argue with umpires. Help keep sidelines calm and positive.
  • Conflict Management: Follow DYBL’s 24-Hour Rule for concerns (excluding emergencies or safety issues).
